These sessions are grounded in both evidence-based care and energetic alignment, and reflect my passion for helping women find peace through every stage of life.

LeShanta Baker is a maternal-child health nurse, childbirth educator, labor doula, and perinatal movement guide who believes the maternal journey is both a physical experience and a deeply personal one. Her work supports women in developing embodied awareness through somatic and mindful movement, education, and compassionate guidance as they navigate pregnancy, birth, and the seasons that follow.

With experience supporting families in hospitals, birth centers, and community spaces since 2007, LeShanta brings together clinical knowledge and embodied care. Her own path through infertility and into motherhood shaped a gentle, grounded approach that honors the whole woman, body, mind, and spirit.

Through evidence-based education, somatic and mindful movement, and steady presence, LeShanta creates spaces where women feel seen, supported, and capable of meeting their journeys with clarity and self-trust.
