Dancing For Birth™ Classes
Movement-based classes that combine dance, stretching, and embodied practices to support physical preparation, emotional release, and connection during pregnancy and postpartum. Designed to help women move with confidence, listen to their bodies, and experience birth and motherhood as an empowered, embodied process.
Partner & Support Team Workshops
Interactive sessions for partners and support people that provide practical education, communication tools, and insight into how to effectively support women during pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. These workshops strengthen relationships and help create a more informed, aligned support system.
Mothers’ Circles
Facilitated circles that create space for connection, reflection, and shared experience among mothers. These gatherings support emotional processing, self-awareness, and community during pregnancy, postpartum, and the ongoing journey of motherhood.
New Parent Education Circles
Educational and discussion-based circles focused on childbirth preparation, the early postpartum period, newborn development, and parental adjustment. These sessions support both mothers and families in understanding the physical, emotional, and relational shifts that occur after birth.
Perinatal Movement & Embodied Support
