Monthly Mama Flow

Hip Sway & Somatic Reset

For women in every season of motherhood

Pre-pregnancy to 100 years postpartum

Motherhood changes the body, but it also changes rhythm.

Mama Flow is a gentle somatic movement, Dancing For Birth™ inspired experience designed to help women return to their bodies through hip mobility, pelvic release, deep core activation, nervous system regulation, and feminine reconnection.

This is not a fitness class and it’s not choreography.
This is a reset.

Through guided movement, rhythmic flow, grounding music, and restorative connection, we create space for the body to soften, release, and remember safety.

Whether you are preparing for birth, healing postpartum, or simply carrying the weight of motherhood years later, this space meets you where you are.

Some sessions may include special guest facilitators offering sound experiences, but the heart of the monthly Mama Flow remains the same: movement that helps you come home to yourself.

Mama Flow supports:

• hip mobility and pelvic release
• deep core activation and functional stability
• pelvic floor awareness and coordination
• movements that support fascial mobility and tension release
• nervous system regulation and stress reduction
• posture, alignment, and low back relief
• movement confidence during pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood
• feminine reconnection and emotional restoration

What to Expect

Each Mama Flow session is designed around the same intention, helping you reconnect with your body through movement, regulation, and restoration, but the exact flow may vary each month based on the season, focus, and needs of the group.

Sessions may include:

• guided standing hip sway and pelvic mobility flow
• floor-based movement for release, stretching, and restoration
• chair-supported movement for posture, stability, and ease
• gentle core activation and pelvic floor awareness
• breathwork and nervous system reset practices
• movements that support fascial mobility and tension release
• grounding music and rhythm-based movement
• use of props such as yoga blocks, bolsters, therapy balls, blankets, and supportive tools
• restorative stillness and softness for emotional decompression
• occasional guest facilitators or specialty additions depending on the session

No two sessions need to feel exactly the same, because motherhood doesn’t.

The goal is always the same:
to help you feel stronger, softer, more supported, and more connected to yourself.
