Moving Through Labor

This Dancing For Birth™ class, Moving Through Labor, offers birthing persons a unique opportunity to practice movements that will assist in progressing through each phase and stage of labor. Designed to help you prepare for labor so that moving feels intuitive, this class emphasizes the use of gravity, movement, and instinct to facilitate a smoother labor experience. In a supportive and nurturing environment, you will learn how to utilize various movements that open the pelvis, create space for the baby, and encourage optimal fetal positioning. With a focus on body-based learning, this class will empower you to connect deeply with your body and your baby, building the muscle memory and confidence needed for labor. You’ll also gain strategies to continue practicing these movements throughout the remainder of your pregnancy, helping you feel more prepared and in tune with your body’s needs.

Guided by evidence-based childbirth education, this class will not only teach you about labor but allow you to embody it. You’ll explore different labor positions, learn how to work with gravity to progress labor, and develop the confidence to let your body guide you through the birth process.

This class will help eliminate fears and foster a sense of empowerment as you prepare to meet your baby. Join us to move, relax, and learn in a safe and welcoming space designed to nurture your body’s natural birthing wisdom.


Birth Clarity

Birth Clarity is a focused prenatal session designed to help you move into labor with clarity, confidence, and calm. Together, we close the gap between what your body, mind, and intuition are signaling and how that is communicated, supported, and honored during birth. This session helps you understand the process of childbirth, review your birth preferences in full, explore decision-making scenarios, and prepare you to navigate labor, hospital conversations, and unexpected shifts with grounded confidence rather than reactive overwhelm.


Mothers’ Circles

Facilitated circles that create space for connection, reflection, and shared experience among mothers. These gatherings support emotional processing, self-awareness, and community during pregnancy, postpartum, and the ongoing journey of motherhood.

    Most women are taught to prepare for pregnancy and birth by learning how to avoid what could go wrong. The focus is often on preventing discomfort, managing risk, and bracing for what might happen.

    BirthingU™ & Baby begins somewhere different.

    These private sessions are for pregnant women who sense that their maternal experience is meant to be more than something to endure or get through. For women who understand that pregnancy and birth are not only about bringing a child into the world, but about being opened into a deeper understanding of themselves.

    BirthingU™ & Baby Private Sessions support you in preparing for birth while also preparing for who you are becoming through it. The intention is not to eliminate discomfort or uncertainty, but to help you meet them with curiosity, steadiness, and self-trust.

    Together, we explore how labor works and how your body and nervous system respond to intensity and change. We also explore how your personal history, beliefs, experiences, and patterns shape the way you move through this transition. This work introduces the concept of womb wisdom, which recognizes that learning happens not only through information, but through lived experience held in both the body and the mind.

    As preparation unfolds, many women notice a shift. The goal moves from trying to control the experience to learning how to ride it. From gathering information to avoid undesirables, to developing the capacity to stay present as waves rise and fall. Birth becomes less about not drowning, and more about allowing the experience to open you.

    These sessions are designed to help you leave not just informed, but changed. Grounded in yourself. Confident in your ability to navigate what comes. Able to experience your pregnancy and birth as rich, expansive, and even delicious, not because it is free of challenge, but because it is teaching you who you are.

    This is preparation for birth, and for entering motherhood with awareness, peace of mind, and self-trust.

  • Rhythms of the Body

    Functional and Intuitive Movement for Pregnancy, Postpartum, and Beyond

    Pregnancy and the first year postpartum place unique demands on the body. Muscles lengthen and shorten, posture shifts, joints soften, and familiar movement patterns change. Many women are told these changes are simply part of the process, without being shown how to support their bodies through them.

    Rhythms of the Body is a private, individualized movement session designed specifically for pregnant women and postpartum mothers within the first year after birth. These sessions support the body as it prepares for labor, adapts to pregnancy discomforts, and gradually restores strength, mobility, and connection during postpartum recovery.

    This work is not about pushing, correcting, or returning to a previous version of your body. It is about learning how to move with awareness, respond to physical changes, and support your body through pregnancy, birth, and recovery in a way that feels steady and respectful.

    Each session blends prenatal and postnatal movement, assisted stretching, and functional alignment techniques to support strength, flexibility, balance, and nervous system regulation. Guided by my training as a Certified Stretching and Flexibility Coach and perinatal movement educator, sessions are tailored to your body’s current needs and stage.

    What to Expect

    We begin with a gentle assessment of posture, breath, and movement patterns to understand how your body is adapting and where support is needed.

    From there, we move through guided prenatal or postnatal exercises, intuitive movement, and assisted stretching to help relieve tension, improve mobility, and build confidence in how your body moves and feels.

    You’ll also leave with simple movements and practices you can safely use between sessions to support comfort, recovery, and ongoing connection to your body.

    Rhythms of the Body supports preparation for labor, relief from pregnancy-related discomfort, and thoughtful postpartum recovery. The goal is not just physical strength or flexibility, but helping you feel more at home in your body as it changes and heals.

Tuning Into You for Birth

  • Tuning Into You for Birth is a prenatal mind-body session designed to identify where your body holds tension, support labor readiness, and create a personalized birth preparation plan.

    • A full-body tension scan and assessment to identify areas that may influence labor comfort and mobility
    Guided relaxation to help the nervous system downshift and support deeper breath and body awareness
    Movement-based labor preparation to improve pelvic mobility and endurance
    Positioning and rhythm practices that support pelvic opening during labor
    Breathwork and body awareness tools to help you stay grounded during contractions
    Birth strategy planning based on your body’s unique needs and instincts

    This session lays the foundation for everything that follows. Once we understand how your body responds to movement, breath, and relaxation, we complete with a complimentary AromaTouch experience which is clinical approach to essential oil application developed by doTERRA to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, enhance immune function, and support autonomic balance.

    There comes a point when the preparation phase ends and real life begins.

    After birth, or during a major life transition, many women find themselves steady on the outside but unsettled within. Responsibilities increase, identities shift, and the familiar ways of coping no longer work the same. What’s needed isn’t more motivation or information, but a way to regain steadiness while moving forward.

    BirthingU™ After Baby Private Sessions are designed for women navigating early postpartum and beyond who want to feel grounded, clear, and capable as they move through change.

    In these sessions, I serve as a guide, helping you make sense of what’s shifting internally while building practical self-management skills for daily life. The work is rooted in the understanding that every transition is a labor, and every labor requires support, awareness, and preparation.

    Together, we begin with a whole-self assessment that gently explores your physical, emotional, and mental well-being. This creates awareness of where you feel steady, where you’re stretched thin, and where change is already underway.

    From there, we use the BALANCE Framework to identify patterns in how you respond to stress, responsibility, and transition. You’ll receive a personalized BALANCE overview that helps you see where your energy is overextended, under-supported, or naturally flowing.

    Finally, we draft a strategic integration plan that supports you in real life. This plan may include restorative movement, nervous system regulation, communication strategies, and daily practices that help you move through change with steadiness instead of reactivity.

    BirthingU™ After Baby is not about fixing yourself or returning to who you were before. It is about learning how to meet the season you are in with clarity, self-trust, and a grounded sense of direction.

    You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of yourself, practical tools you can use immediately, and a renewed ability to move through life’s transitions without losing your center.
