Birth Clarity is a focused prenatal session designed to help you move into labor with clarity, confidence, and calm. Together, we close the gap between what your body, mind, and intuition are signaling and how that is communicated, supported, and honored during birth. This session helps you understand the process of childbirth, review your birth preferences in full, explore decision-making scenarios, and prepare you to navigate labor, hospital conversations, and unexpected shifts with grounded confidence rather than reactive overwhelm.

Moving Together For Birth

Before & Beyond

Moving Together for Birth, Before & Beyond is a hybrid two day, body-based, birth class designed for the birthing person and their support partner. Gain an overview of the childbirth process, learn how to work with gravity, movement, and instinct to support the process of labor and improve the birth experience. Learn how to prepare together, advocate, and navigate birth as a team.


Mothers’ Circles

Facilitated circles that create space for connection, reflection, and shared experience among mothers. These gatherings support emotional processing, self-awareness, and community during pregnancy, postpartum, and the ongoing journey of motherhood.
