Women move through many transitions across life,

yet support is often separated into categories instead of held together as a whole.

Moving Through Womanhood is a monthly reflective and movement circle for women navigating change, identity shifts, emotional overwhelm, and the evolving seasons of womanhood.

This experience blends guided reflection with gentle movement, stretch and flexibility coaching, nervous system support, meaningful conversation, and holistic insight to support women with expressing more of who they already know themselves to be.

This Is More Than a Movement Circle

Moving Through Womanhood creates space to reflect on the emotional, physical, mental, and energetic transitions women experience throughout life.

Together, we explore:

  • identity shifts

  • emotional overwhelm

  • nervous system regulation

  • the body’s response to stress and transition

  • self-awareness and self-trust

  • reconnecting with the body through movement and reflection

  • the repeating cycles and patterns that shape our lives

This experience is designed to help women feel more grounded, connected, clear, and supported through life’s waves of becoming.

Because the same themes exist across all stages of womanhood:

This is not a performance-based movement class.

It is a supportive space to move, reflect, reconnect, release tension, build community, and feel held alongside other women.
