yet support is often separated into categories instead of held together as a whole.
Moving Through Womanhood is a movement-centered experience inspired by the rhythm, grounding, flow, and community principles of Dancing For Birth™.
This space blends gentle movement, sway, nervous system support, reflective discussion, grounding practices, and community connection to support women through the evolving transitions of womanhood.
Because the same themes exist across all stages of womanhood:

This is not a performance-based movement class.
It is a supportive space to move, reflect, reconnect, release tension, build community, and feel held alongside other women.
