  • Zoom Virtual Workshop (map)

For Mothers Only

Created for the mother’s individual experience, this navigation honors the internal shifts and recalibration that occur after birth.

BirthingU™ After Baby

The Navigation

BirthingU™ After Baby: The Navigation is a live, guided virtual group experience designed for women in early postpartum who are navigating the physical, emotional, and identity shifts of the fourth and fifth trimester.

This session offers a spacious pause during a season that often feels fast-moving, disorienting, and full of competing demands. Rather than focusing on fixing, optimizing, or “bouncing back,” The Navigation centers on understanding what is unfolding in your body, nervous system, and sense of self — and learning how to respond with greater steadiness, awareness, and intention.

Through a grounded, integrative lens, this class supports you in making sense of the postpartum transition as a natural process of recalibration. Birth does not simply end when the baby arrives. It initiates a period of neurological, emotional, and identity reorganization that deserves time, context, and support.

In BirthingU™ After Baby: The Navigation, participants are guided to:

  • Make sense of the postpartum transition and evolving identity

  • Understand how the nervous system responds during early motherhood

  • Reflect on and integrate the birth experience without pressure to analyze or resolve it

  • Identify where more rest, support, or adjustment may be needed

  • Develop grounded awareness and practical strategies for navigating daily life with a newborn

This session does not require you to share your story, perform healing, or arrive with clarity. You are invited to come exactly as you are. The emphasis is on orientation rather than outcome — helping you locate yourself within this new landscape so you can move forward with more confidence and self-trust.

BirthingU™ After Baby: The Navigation is intended to be taken during the fourth or fifth trimester and may be attended as a standalone experience or alongside other BirthingU™ offerings. It is especially supportive for those who value evidence-based understanding while also seeking space for reflection, regulation, and integration during early motherhood.
