BirthingU™ After Baby: The Navigation is a live, guided virtual group class for women in early postpartum who are navigating the physical, emotional, and identity shifts of the fourth and fifth trimester.

This 2-hour session offers space to pause and orient during a season that can feel fast-moving and uncertain. Rather than focusing on fixing or “bouncing back,” the emphasis is on understanding what is unfolding in your body, nervous system, and sense of self.
