    Functional and Intuitive Movement for Postpartum and Beyond

    Pregnancy and the first year postpartum place unique demands on the body. Muscles lengthen and shorten, posture shifts, joints soften, and familiar movement patterns change. Many women are told these changes are simply part of the process, without being shown how to support their bodies through them.

    Rhythms of the Body: Postpartum Movement Session

    A private restorative movement session designed to support postpartum recovery, nervous system regulation, gentle core reconnection, mobility, and body awareness after birth. These sessions help mothers reconnect with their bodies through supportive movement, restorative release practices, and intentional recovery support tailored to their current season of motherhood.

    This work is not about pushing, correcting, or returning to a previous version of your body. It is about recovery in a way that feels steady and respectful.

    Each session blends postnatal movement, assisted stretching, and functional alignment techniques to support strength, flexibility, balance, and nervous system regulation. Sessions are tailored to your body’s current needs and stage.

    What to Expect

    We begin with a gentle assessment of posture, breath, and movement patterns to understand how your body is adapting and where support is needed.

    From there, we move through guided postnatal exercises, intuitive movement, and assisted stretching to help relieve tension, improve mobility, and build confidence in how your body moves and feels.

    You’ll also leave with simple movements and practices you can safely use between sessions to support comfort, recovery, and ongoing connection to your body.

    The goal is not just physical strength or flexibility, but helping you feel more at home in your body as it changes and heals.

Mind-Body Tune-up

  • Mind-Body Tune-Up

    A restorative postpartum recovery session designed to help mothers reconnect with their bodies, release tension, calm the nervous system, and recover more intentionally after birth.

    This private session blends guided relaxation, restorative touch, assisted stretching, body awareness practices, breathwork, and nervous system support to help mothers slow down and reconnect with themselves during the physical and emotional transitions of postpartum recovery.

    Together, we gently identify areas of tension, overload, fatigue, and disconnection while supporting the body through restorative practices that encourage relaxation, mobility, physical awareness, and nervous system regulation.

    This experience may support:

    Support for integration, self-management, and ongoing life transitions

    There comes a point when the preparation phase ends and real life begins.

    After birth, or during a major life transition, many women find themselves steady on the outside but unsettled within. Responsibilities increase, identities shift, and the familiar ways of coping no longer work the same. What’s needed isn’t more motivation or information, but a way to regain steadiness while moving forward.

    BirthingU™ After Baby Private Sessions are designed for women navigating early postpartum and beyond who want to feel grounded, clear, and capable as they move through change.

    In these sessions, I serve as a guide, helping you make sense of what’s shifting internally while building practical self-management skills for daily life. The work is rooted in the understanding that every transition is a labor, and every labor requires support, awareness, and preparation.

    Together, we begin with a whole-self assessment that gently explores your physical, emotional, and mental well-being. This creates awareness of where you feel steady, where you’re stretched thin, and where change is already underway.

    From there, we use the BALANCE Framework to identify patterns in how you respond to stress, responsibility, and transition. You’ll receive a personalized BALANCE overview that helps you see where your energy is overextended, under-supported, or naturally flowing.

    Finally, we draft a strategic integration plan that supports you in real life. This plan may include restorative movement, nervous system regulation, communication strategies, and daily practices that help you move through change with steadiness instead of reactivity.

    BirthingU™ After Baby is not about fixing yourself or returning to who you were before. It is about learning how to meet the season you are in with clarity, self-trust, and a grounded sense of direction.

    You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of yourself, practical tools you can use immediately, and a renewed ability to move through life’s transitions without losing your center.
